Terms of Service

1. The Service

iTrader lets you replay historical currency-pair price data one candle at a time, so you can practice making trading decisions without seeing future price movement in advance. The Service includes a free demo tier (limited daily usage and history depth) and a paid subscription tier (fuller access). iTrader is a practice and analysis tool only — it does not place real trades, connect to any brokerage, or move real money on your behalf.

2. Not financial or investment advice

iTrader is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and no content, indicator, or feature within iTrader should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Past price behavior shown in historical replay data is not indicative of future results. Trading foreign exchange and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, whether informed by your use of iTrader or otherwise. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed financial advisor before making real trading decisions.

3. Accounts and access

You may access iTrader via Google Sign-In or a manual email verification code. You're responsible for keeping your access method secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use iTrader. You agree to provide accurate information (in particular, a real email address you control) when signing in.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) via Paystack, in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Prices shown at checkout, including any "founding member" or early-access pricing, are locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without a lapse; pricing may increase for new subscribers or after a cancelled subscription is later reactivated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the free demo tier.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.
• Failed renewal payments (e.g. an expired card) may result in your subscription being marked inactive and access reverting to the free demo tier until payment is resolved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent the free-tier usage limits or access controls (e.g. scripted scraping of the underlying price data, or bypassing session/subscriber verification).
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying historical data as a standalone product.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, or that attempts to interfere with its normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service attempts).
• Share your subscription access with others in a way that circumvents individual subscription billing.

6. Intellectual property

The iTrader application, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by the developer of iTrader. Historical price data is aggregated from third-party sources and provided for practice purposes; we make no ownership claim over the underlying market data itself. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from the Service without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical price data is free from inaccuracies. As a solo-developed, actively evolving product, some features may be incomplete or change without extensive notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iTrader and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including, without limitation, losses arising from real trading or investment decisions made in connection with your use of the Service), arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use provisions above. You may stop using the Service, and cancel any active subscription, at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as iTrader's features or business practices change. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of iTrader after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
